Yes, but there is an additional fee of $300 AUD. This must be requested at the time of booking and is separate from the deposit.
No, designs are not sent in advance. We will go through everything together on the day of your session.
Your deposit will be forfeited, even if it’s your first time rescheduling.
Yes, you can reschedule up to two times with at least 72 hours notice.
If you reschedule a third time, your deposit will be lost.
No, deposits are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to a new appointment if you give at least 72 hours notice.
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. It confirms your appointment and covers the time dedicated to your design.
